2026 IAOHN Fall Conference

It is our pleasure to invite your company to participate as an Exhibitor &/or Sponsor for the 2026 Annual IAOHN Conference at the Four Winds Casino in South Bend, Indiana, on Friday, November 20th.

As you are aware, the Occupational Health Nurse is committed to the health and safety of the workplace employees. Many of our members are currently working for major corporations that have led the strategic process to provide healthcare services to the workforce. Occupational Health Nurses are involved in many aspects related to health which includes environmental issues, health benefit planning, medical surveillance, and the treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses. We are responsible for steering the employee to the best and appropriate providers, selecting products and services, managing effective office procedures and controlling costs associated with programs such as workers compensation and health services.

You are invited to register as Exhibitor per one of the levels listed below.  All booths will be located in a secured exhibit area and be provided a six-foot draped table, 2 chairs and listing in the conference attendee packets:

• Silver - $500 Fee for these basic provisions
• Gold   - $750 Fee provides the basics plus a listing on our social media pages for 6 months with a link to your company website. You are also invited to join us for lunch at which time your company will receive additional verbal recognition of your sponsorship.
• Platinum - $1000 Fee includes above and goes to sponsorship of our meals.  You will be provided 5-10 minutes to speak to the group as a whole regarding your company.
• NEW THIS YEAR - Sponsor the Pre-Conference Mixer - $1500 - Up to two sponsors can help sponsor the event which will take place at the hotel in a yet-to-be-determined location. Sponsors would be responsible for paying Four Winds directly for any drinks and/or hors d'oeuvres for this awesome meet-and-greet opportunity. By making this selection your vendor table Platinum registration is also included!
• NEW THIS YEAR - Sponsor the Conference Giveaway - $1500. Want to see your company's name on our custom giveaway? This is your opportunity! We will use your company's graphic to highlight your support of the IAOHN nurses! Last year we offered golf umbrellas to attendees, and they were a huge hit! By making this selection your vendor table Platinum registration is also included!

Please plan to set up on Friday, November 20th between 7:00 - 8:00 AM.   Attendees will view the exhibits during breaks throughout the day.  An agenda is forthcoming and will be provided.

Attached are an exhibitor/vendor & sponsor application form, and a contract for space form. Timely completion will guarantee a reserved space at this event.
