Please join us for the 2018 IAOHN Annual Fall Conference on Friday, September 14th. This year's event will take place at the Hoosier Park Casino. This is the form for same-day registrations for the IAOHN Fall Conference. Please note that we are only able to accept cash (in exact amount) or check if you are registering at the conference in person. Participants are still able to register online up through the day of the conference.
