Key Responsibilities:

Case management
Return-to-work programs
Medical surveillance
Ergonomic assessments
Administration of the Drug & Alcohol program
Improving employee health outcomes and reducing workplace risk
Workers’ compensation guidance and claims support
Collaboration with the Safety team
