Family medicine/Primary Care clinic We treat children and adults with chronic conditions and mental illness. We also offer wellness exams, women's wellness exams, weight management, and addiction management.

Primary Clinic is located in Atlanta GA 30331. We have multiple locations.

The practice setting is an outpatient hospital health center offering both education and patient care. The Health Center is run by a CNS and RN. Physician not on site. CNS provides direct care and oversight for both pregnant and non-pregnant patients. The Center is open Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM.

Services provided are diabetes & weight management, nutrition, perinatal mental health, and lactation. A research project on gestational diabetes is planned to begin in 2026.
